Complaints Procedure

We aim to provide a satisfactory service for all our clients. In the unlikely event you would like to make a formal complaint, please follow our procedure as outlined below.

Any and all complaints must be made to Warren Grant Immigration in writing. Once submitted all complaints will be investigated fully in accordance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct (2011) to ensure they are handled correctly. If your concern cannot be resolved satisfactorily, you are within your rights to report this matter to the Legal Ombudsman:
